Feedback helps us improve. You can raise a concern, make a complaint or tell us when something has gone well.
Your voice matters.
VIVO welcomes feedback from participants, families, carers, representatives and others involved in the supports we provide. You can tell us what went well, suggest an improvement or make a complaint about your experience.
Making a complaint will not result in you being treated unfairly or receiving poorer support from VIVO. You may raise a concern yourself or have someone you trust help you, including a family member, friend, advocate, nominee, support coordinator or other representative.
Call 0450 521 274, email hello@vivosupport.com.au, or speak directly with VIVO. Tell us as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing.
We will take your concern seriously. Depending on the issue, we may listen to and document the concern, discuss the outcome you are seeking, review relevant information, speak with people involved where appropriate, take reasonable action and communicate the outcome with you.
You have the right to seek assistance outside VIVO. Concerns about NDIS supports or services can also be raised with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and you may choose to have an independent advocate assist you.
Our feedback and complaints process is not an emergency service. If you or another person is in immediate danger or requires urgent assistance, call 000.
Feedback helps us understand what participants value, identify where we can improve and continue building supports around the individual.
